Our Brand-new DPO Portal is Launching Soon 🚀

 

You may have noticed the hints in our Christmas newsletter (they weren’t very subtle!). We are excited to announce the upcoming, new and improved, SchoolPro DPO Portal.

The new portal will incorporate additional services, making your life easier, saving you time, and supporting more of your schools needs.

 

Key features and benefits…

• New dashboard reporting analytics including KPIs

• New reporting features for exporting reports to SLT, Governors, or Trustees

• New Freedom of Information logging tool

• New user access control (e.g. creation of Governor/Trustee users for strategic oversight)

• New information available through breach/SAR/data decision logs including identification of assigned DPO for each incident

• Future Wonde integration for staff data syncing

• Enhanced flexibility for future developments and upgrades based on DPO and client feedback

• Integration into wider ecosystems, including modules on:

  • Health & Safety, 

  • Safeguarding, 

  • Performance Analytics, 

  • Attendance and Behaviour Insights, and 

  • SEND Provision Mapping 
    (additional modules available with further subscriptions).

 

Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to make your transition to the new portal smooth and hiccup free so that your service is uninterrupted and remains our top priority. We are creating downloadable training guides to support this transition, and will also be hosting live Teams sessions showcasing the features of the portal and how to navigate them.

It is coming on nicely but we’ve still got some work to do. More details about the changes you can expect, how to book live training sessions, and what it will look like, will be coming your way in the next couple of weeks – make sure you read our upcoming newsletters to stay in the loop!
